There is no hard limit. WeddingMate works comfortably with 300+ guests across 30+ tables.
Yes — use the "Import CSV" button in the app. Your file needs at least a First Name and Last Name column. Optional columns like Group and Dietary are also detected automatically.
Exports open as a print-ready download page formatted with your couple names, date, and venue. Choose from: full chart overview, table-by-table list, alphabetical guest lookup, or dietary summary for your caterer.
The landing page and project file features work on mobile. The drag-and-drop canvas is best on a desktop or tablet with a mouse or trackpad.
